Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your product, please reach out in case there is something I can help you with. If you are still unsatisfied, I accept returns if you contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in resalable condition. It must also be in its original packaging along with any tags. Charm Sand does not refund shipping fees.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Once your return is received, you will receive an email notification on the status of your refund. If the refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. It may take some time for the refund to be processed by your credit card company, bank, or PayPal, so please be patient. If 7 business days have passed and you still haven't received your refund, please contact your credit card company, PayPal, or your bank. Items can only be exchanged if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email me at and I will send you the mailing address.

Sale Items
Sale/clearance items are final sale. There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items.

Customers have the option of purchasing merchandise and having them shipped directly to a gift recipient. If the gift was shipped directly to you and you request a refund, you’ll receive a gift certificate for the value of the return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift during checkout or if the purchaser had the order shipped to their address, we will send a refund to the purchaser.

Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for the shipping costs for any returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Charm Sand is located in Alberta, Canada. Depending on your location, shipping times will vary and if you are shipping from outside of Canada, your return may get held up at customs. I encourage my customers to consider using a shipping service that provides tracking and also to purchase shipping insurance, especially if your return is worth $75 or more.
